Occupied Styling is a hands-on, in-home service where professional stagers style and edit an occupied home using only the furnishings and décor already in place to prepare it for the market. No additional inventory is brought in. During the appointment, the focus is on improving layout, balance, and flow while highlighting the home’s strongest features. Lighter furnishings may be repositioned, beds and surfaces styled, bookshelves and accessories edited, artwork adjusted, and distracting items removed or relocated. Every decision is made through a buyer’s perspective and a photographer’s eye, ensuring the home feels clean, cohesive, and visually compelling. Occupied Styling is a hands-on, in-home service where two professional stagers style and edit an occupied home using only the furnishings and décor already in place to prepare it for the market. No additional inventory is brought in. This service includes up to four hours on site, allowing time for thoughtful, intentional edits that make a meaningful impact. During the appointment, the focus is on improving layout, balance, and flow while highlighting the home’s strongest features. Lighter furnishings may be repositioned, beds and surfaces styled, bookshelves and accessories edited, artwork adjusted, and distracting items removed or relocated. Every decision is made through a buyer’s perspective and a photographer’s eye, ensuring the home feels clean, cohesive, and visually compelling. The goal of Occupied Styling is to create a polished, photo-ready presentation that attracts buyers online, supports strong marketing, and helps the home sell by allowing buyers to imagine themselves in the space rather than focusing on the current homeowner. If additional time is needed, it will be billed accordingly.
