During this up-to-one-hour visit, we fine-tune each space by adjusting furniture placement, styling existing décor, smoothing visual distractions, and paying close attention to the small details that elevate listing photos. This service is ideal for realtors who aren’t able to be on-site prior to photography or for anyone who wants the reassurance that the home is presenting at its absolute best. We walk the property with a photographer’s eye, making thoughtful, strategic adjustments that enhance flow, balance, and visual appeal. No staging inventory is brought in as part of this service. We work exclusively with what is already in the home, focusing on polishing, editing, and refining each space to ensure it photographs beautifully. Our goal is simple: to make sure nothing is overlooked and that the home looks intentional, cohesive, and market-ready within the hour.
